I handled defective mask cases for three years and helped countless injured workers. Coal dust found in surface and underground mines has been known to move right through the mask and/or respirators and settling in coal miner’s lungs. Likewise, factory workers are oftentimes exposed to silica dust and particles which can move through the masks. Silica … Continue Reading >

Just prior to 5:00 a.m. this morning on Missouri I-64 just west of downtown, a terrible accident occured injured 20 people. It is likely that most of the drivers were headed downtown St. Louis during rush hour. Last night into early morning, temperatures suddenly dropped in the St. Louis area which caused moisture on the interstates to freeze. Unfortunately, this frozen water was much like black ice and unsuspecting motoriists did not know to look out for it. The St. … Continue Reading >

There are many ways to preserve visual evidence following any type of injury such as a car accident, motorcycle crash, truck accident, injury from a product, slip and fall or animal attack.
Let’s take a car accident for example. I have had clients bring in a disposable camera following an auto accident before. We oftentimes hear … Continue Reading >

I personally witnessed several disabled cars along I-44 west during the recent ice storm.
As a fall on property attorney, I know that icy and snowy conditions can lead to bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, semi crashes, and … Continue Reading >
