Even though they aren’t accident injury lawyers, most of the clients I speak with know how important visual evidence can be to a case. There are many ways to preserve visual evidence following any type of injury such as a car accident, motorcycle crash, truck accident, injury from a product, slip and fall or animal attack.
Let’s take a car accident for example. I have had clients bring in a disposable camera following an auto accident before. We oftentimes hear … Continue Reading >

Indeed, with icy and snow covered roads, traffic and travel can become very complicated and weather related auto accidents and slip and falls can occur. Minor St. Louis Car Accident Results in Tragedy

On January 21, 2011, in Auto Accident, Personal Injury, by K. Lindsay Rakers

While there is always some traffic stop and go on eastbound 44 during the morning rush hour, it was quite apparent that something was wrong. I was actually in this traffic myself. As I approaced the merger to 55 north near the Poplar Street Bridge, I saw that the ramp was completely closed and at that time, I knew … Continue Reading >

The man was rushed to St. John’s Mercy Medical Center but did not survive his injuries. The company, Kerry Sweet Ingredients, is obviously in shock. My thoughts go out to his family, friends, and the co-workers who are all left wondering how this could have happened.
OSHA is investigating this … Continue Reading >
