The USA won in dramatic fashion by beating Brazil in a penalty kick shootout in Desden, Germany. The Americans are now headed to the Women’s World Cup semifinals for hte 6th consecutive time. The USA is the only country to have managed to advice to the final four match in every World Cup. Next, the USA will meet France at Borussia Park Stadium on July 14, 2011. ALthough the USA has met France 12 times in other matches, this will be the first time USA meets France in a World Cup match.
